Our mission is to identify hidden risks and inefficiencies at the operational level (Engineering / Senior Engineering Manager) and provide a thorough diagnosis through audits and hands-on verification of how teams and processes actually work.

We don’t stop at slide decks - we get our hands dirty, working directly with engineering teams to improve SDLC, developer tooling, workflows, and technical culture. Our goal is not only diagnosis but also practical repair - from processes and procedures to everyday engineering practices.

We also strengthen middle management with reports and training, enabling companies to regain stability, improve efficiency, and grow safely.

We aim to be recognized as a trusted partner who combines organizational and process knowledge with deep technical expertise: software development lifecycle (SDLC), engineering practices, developer tooling, and the realities of everyday programming work.

Unlike traditional "Operational Excellence" approaches, we don't rely on frameworks and theory alone - we dive into technical details and demonstrate how operational improvements translate into code quality, system stability, and team performance.

How We Work Together

We follow a clear and transparent process - from the first conversation to final recommendations and a roadmap for next steps.

1. Exploratory Call

An initial discussion to understand needs, challenges, and expectations, and to align on scope and approach.

2. Project Plan & Timeline

Preparation of a detailed plan: scope, timeline, milestones, and result formats - followed by a joint refinement of the details.

3. Formal Agreements

Signing essential documents (e.g. SOW, NDA) and aligning on collaboration terms.

4. Client Materials

Gathering key documentation and information (processes, procedures, structures) required for analysis.

5. Interviews & Workshops

Conversations with managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to capture a full perspective.

6. Analysis & Recommendations

In-depth analysis of provided materials and interviews, preparation of insights and recommendations.

7. Final Presentation

A summary workshop or final report with recommendations and a roadmap for next steps (with milestone updates during the project).

Data Security

We follow industry best practices to protect client information at every stage of engagement

  • Confidentiality - NDA signed before starting any project.
  • Access control - data accessible only to project members; mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Cloud & encryption - data stored only with trusted cloud providers, encrypted at rest.
  • Secure devices - all personal computers use full-disk encryption.
  • Backups - regular data backups minimize the risk of data loss.
  • Data retention - client data is stored only for the duration of the project and a defined retention period, then securely deleted.
  • Best practices - we follow ISO 27001 guidelines and industry standards; our team is trained in ISO 27001 internal auditing.
  • AI safeguards - we do not use client data to train AI models, nor do we process it in agents or chat systems without explicit consent.
