About the company & services
We help companies improve their IT and software operations - from processes and tools to teams and organizational structure. We support scale-ups during rapid growth, streamline operations before and after mergers, and eliminate inefficiencies that waste time and money. We also provide practical training for engineering managers, focused on real challenges rather than theoretical frameworks.
Our clients are mainly tech and product companies - SaaS providers, scale-ups, and startups with sizable IT teams. We also work with larger organizations preparing for or integrating newly acquired smaller companies.
We operate faster and more flexibly than large consultancies - tailoring the scope to client needs and digging into technical details others often overlook. Instead of only pointing out issues, we provide actionable roadmaps and support hands-on implementation, with visible results often within weeks. On top of that, we offer practical training for engineering managers, focused on real operational challenges.
We work with both large enterprises and scale-ups or smaller companies. Most often these are organizations in a rapid growth phase, facing process chaos, declining delivery efficiency, or lack of experienced managers — as well as larger firms preparing for mergers and acquisitions.
A typical project follows several stages: an initial exploratory call, planning and scheduling, formalities, gathering materials from the client, interviews and meetings with the team, data analysis and insights, and finally presentation of the results.
Within the first 3 months, we deliver a report identifying issues in processes, tools, and architecture, along with a clear improvement roadmap. We implement quick low effort - high impact fixes that boost team efficiency and generate savings. This brings visible results fast while reducing long-term risks.
You can see results quickly - our audit report includes a list of issues with clear, actionable recommendations. We also highlight low-hanging fruits - improvements that can be implemented right away for a noticeable impact. Further enhancements can then be delivered together as part of ongoing collaboration.
Collaboration process
We start with an exploratory call to clarify goals and scope. Then we request selected materials, analyze them, and schedule meetings or interviews with key people. Depending on the project, we may also use other tools, such as surveys, to gain the full picture.
We don't offer free consultations, but we can start with a smaller pilot project - for example, analyzing a specific team or area. We define clear milestones for billing, which ensures transparency and lets you validate the value of our work on a smaller scale.
A typical project lasts from a few to several weeks - the exact duration depends mainly on the size of the organization and the scope of work. The timeline may be longer if, as part of the engagement, we are also supporting the implementation of recommended changes, such as project oversight, planning assistance, or progress monitoring.
Yes - we can agree at the start of the engagement on a pilot scope of work, tailored to best fit the organization's current needs.
The frequency of meetings and status updates depends on the agreement. We can provide updates after each milestone or deliver a final presentation at the end. At the start, we typically work intensively for a few days (interviews with management, engineers, and other key stakeholders defined in scope). Afterwards, meetings are held only if needed or requested by the client.
We work flexibly - we prefer on-site meetings with management and engineers, but we can also carry out the project entirely remotely if needed.
Security & confidentiality
We ensure data confidentiality through full-disk encryption and secure storage with trusted cloud providers. Our security practices follow ISO 27001 and OWASP guidelines, and we regularly review our processes - giving you confidence that your information is handled with the highest standards of protection.
Yes, signing an NDA is standard practice for us.
In every project, we handle sensitive business data. We follow established security procedures, encrypt data, and limit access to only those directly involved in the engagement, giving you confidence that your information is protected according to best practices.
Financials & formalities
We work on a fixed-fee model agreed before the project starts. Typically, we request a 30-50% upfront payment, with the remainder settled either in milestones or upon completion - depending on what suits best. This approach is a standard practice in consulting and ensures full transparency..

Yes, we offer flexible payment options. We can set milestone-based payments, time & materials billing, upfront deposit plus installments, or start with a pilot project billed separately. This ensures that payment terms are tailored to the client's needs and the nature of the project.
Typically, we request a deposit one week before the project starts. If the project does not commence, the deposit is non-refundable. If the project is interrupted mid-way, we bill for the work completed so far - the client receives all deliverables and materials produced to that point. This approach is standard practice in consulting and ensures transparency.
Experience & credibility
We bring experience from working with a wide range of teams and organizations - from fast-growing startups and scale-ups to larger technology companies. Our projects have included streamlining IT processes, supporting post-merger integrations, and providing hands-on training for Engineering Managers. We build on practical, real-world experience, which allows us to quickly identify challenges and propose actionable solutions. Upon request, we can share anonymized case studies that illustrate the impact of our work.
We cannot disclose client names, but we have a Case Studies section showcasing examples of the results we’ve achieved.
Our team brings together diverse experience: working in research and analytics companies, hands-on engineering leadership, and involvement in M&A processes - both on the acquiring and acquired side. This mix gives us a deep understanding of technology and organizational challenges from multiple perspectives.
Client-side collaboration
In the initial phase, we work with a decision-maker (e.g. Head of Engineering, VP, CTO - depending on company size) who can provide access to data and teams. Importantly, we do not audit this person but focus on the processes and areas managed by their teams - which is key to ensuring credibility. Later on, we collaborate with Engineering Managers, engineers, and project managers, as needed.
The client team's involvement is highest at the start - providing data, reports, and access. We then run a few days of intensive interviews with different roles. After that, most of the work happens asynchronously on our side (analysis, reporting). If we assess team dynamics, we use shadowing / gemba walking - being present in daily work without interfering.
If the company cannot dedicate time to regular meetings, we can base our analysis on available materials, but the report may be less comprehensive. This may also extend the project timeline and carries the risk that some critical issues remain undiscovered.
We don't stop at analysis - if needed, we also support the implementation of recommendations. We can act as a Project Manager to plan and drive changes, train Engineering Managers and engineers, and oversee progress through regular monitoring. The scope of our involvement is always defined together with the client
Other practical questions
Yes, we work with companies across Europe.
We deliver projects in both Polish and English - depending on the organization's preferences and setup.
Yes, after the project we can support the implementation of changes or conduct shorter, regular audits to review progress and suggest further improvements - depending on the client's needs.
Yes, we can operate in an on-demand mode, for example in crisis situations or urgent challenges. This usually takes the form of short interventions or a consultant's availability during agreed hours.
